About the model
A 1:50 presentation model of Alf Tower, built for JVC developers to showcase the high-rise at events across Dubai. The model layers cardboard and paper for early massing, foam board for crisp structural lines, balsa and basswood for precise framing, acrylic for transparent facade elements, polystyrene for terrain and bulk forms, and aluminum, brass and copper accents for metallic finishes. The result is a lightweight yet detailed tower that reads clearly from a distance and stands up to repeated transport and installation.
