About the model
A 1:500 presentation model of Mina Al Arab — Bermuda, built for RAK Properties to launch the beachfront resort and residential district at Cityscape Dubai. The model combines acrylic and timber with hand-finished shoreline detailing and 3D-printed building forms, giving investors and buyers a clear sense of the masterplan, marina edge and leisure clusters in a single view.
