Resort, marina and beachfront models
Waterfront schemes sell on the relationship between the buildings and the shoreline. These models show the beach, the marina edge, the promenade and the leisure clusters together — as on the 1:500 Mina Al Arab — Bermuda model built for RAK Properties and shown at Cityscape Dubai.
Water, shoreline and planting
Water is built up in layered resin so depth and colour shift naturally towards the shore, berths and moored craft are added at the marina, and shorelines are graded rather than cut flat. Ambient lighting is tuned for evening presentation in exhibition halls and sales galleries.
