Interactive and illuminated sales models
An interactive model turns a static display into a sales tool: a consultant taps a phase, a building or a unit type on the screen and the matching part of the model lights up. We built this for Mina Al Arab, pairing the resort model with a touchscreen and zoned lighting.
Lighting scenes and controls
Lighting is wired in zones so scenes can be switched or dimmed — full illumination, a single phase, or a night view. Controls are chosen to be operated by a sales team without technical support, and the wiring is routed through the base with access panels for maintenance.
