Office and mixed-use models
Commercial models are usually made to win something: an approval, a tender, an anchor tenant. That changes what matters — the entrance level, the signage zones, the retail podium and the way the facade grid resolves at ground level all get built at full detail.
Detail where decisions are made
Facades are etched with mullion lines, entrances and signage are modelled rather than printed, and models are mounted on dark lacquered bases that suit a boardroom table or an exhibition stand. Sizes are set so the model can be carried into the room it is presented in.
