A 1:100 presentation model of Marina Tower, built for Tiger Developers to present a 70+ floor high-rise in Dubai Marina. The facade uses acrylic sheets for clear glazing, PVC and styrene sheets for sharp white walls, ABS plastic for impact-resistant structural parts, and polyamide for advanced 3D-printed components. The result is a precise, lightweight tower model that communicates the building's scale and contemporary finish for sales gallery and exhibition use.
